Locke Buildings may occasionally contract or perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and/or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for the purposes of gaining new contracts, advertising and/or marketing purposes.  As stated above (see Contact Forms), we collect your provided data, and may analyze that data for the purposes of developing our own demographic data and for the analysis of our existing customer base.  We may contract with outside services such as marketing, SEO/SEM service providers, search engines, social media advertising and others for the purposes of evaluating our marketing and advertising efforts and expanding those efforts or a repeated basis.

Who we share your data with

As previously stated, we may share your data for those stated purposes, but specifically do not share your personal data to allow it to be used by any other source for the purposes of contacting you.  We consider the private data you provide us to be private, and to be used only for our stated purposes.

How long we retain your data

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

As stated previously, your data may be retained on our website, in our contact management system, job management system and other databases on other services, in our private accounts, for our use.  These services currently include our website database(s), Builder Trends, MailChimp and our accounting systems and back office systems.  These may change over time and without notice.
